Welcome to our world of events, where anything is possible. We have been trading for many years and cater all our events to your needs.


Here at SA Events we have years of experience and have the right person for your event who will go above and beyond to ensure our clients have the perfect day!

Wedding Planner / On The Day Co-Ordination


As every wedding is different, we are flexible in our approach. It's your wedding.

Let us be there to help guide you through the preparations before your big day leaving you without the stress on the day.


This service is priced per hour with a minimum of 6 hours required or this service can be added to the options listed below if more staff are required.


Event Manager


For all your event management needs, we have a dedicated team of professionals to manage your event, taking all the stress away from you. We arrive early for setting up the event and have the skills to manage every aspect necessary.

Bar & Waiting Staff


We can offer you dedicated bar or waiting staff to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day.

From front of house staff to event teams we have the right staff for you, let us take the stress out of your event.

You can add additional hours as you require after consultation.


This service is priced for 2 members of staff for a minimum of 4 hours.


Security & Stewards


We can offer you dedicated SIA security staff & stewards to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day. We have years of experience and have the right person for your event who will go above and beyond to make your function safe and enjoyable.

From front of house staff to event teams we have the right staff for you, let us take the stress out of your event.

This will inc all teams in full uniform and radios if required.


This service is priced for 2 members of staff for a minimum of 6 hours.

We had a festival type wedding, which we did not understand the level of organisation required... Richard and his team completely took the reins from us on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. We could not have managed the day without their help.

They covered the bar, filled drinks (and loaded the tables with tequilla and lemons!), served food, cleaned up, and organised... Not only this, but SA events worked seamlessly with the other companies. They were professional, personable, and proactively solved the (many!) issues we had during the event.

They had excellent communication - Richard even called before the event to confirm the requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond. We can't thank them enough for their work and will 100% invite them back for other parties!!

Richard and the team were originally employed to manage the evening bar at our daughter’s wedding but after consultation with our caterers they stepped in at short notice to take up the slack for the whole day, organising the champagne reception and serving food. Richard also acted as event co-ordinator to take all the pressure off me on the day. Everything went superbly well, Richard was utterly unflappable and calm, only asking me a question when absolutely necessary and going above and beyond the call of duty. I wish I had found him earlier in the process of wedding planning - my life would have been entirely stress free. I cannot recommend SA events highly enough and would definitely use them again.

Richard's team arrived 40 minutes early in order to familiarise themselves with the venue and got to work before they had officially 'clocked on'; you can tell that they really do care about ensuring you have a hassle-free evening and will get stuck in and help with anything you ask them to. I'm quite a hands on person myself (and forgot I was supposed to do a few things prior to the wedding), and whilst sorting those things out had Richard coming over and offering to help, which I greatly appreciated as it wasn't in the service we had requested.
